    Thanks for your reply, Actually i'm not an expert, My server is running on win 2000 server with services pack2 , and only configure the ip address eg: 192.168.0.251 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0 that all. wat is the effect without enter the dns number ?

    I encounter this problem during log on to domain server, it seems to be hang for a while after type in username and password. It stop for approximately one minute showing that " loading your personal setting " Need helps, Thanks.
