    Thanks Guys, I got it sorted.[thumbsup2] I managed to dig out my student manuals and discovered that I had the procedure to program NSU using IMAT, not as difficult as I thought. In any case I jus replaced the power supply unit in the faulty NSU and it came back up working as normal.[bigsmile]

    Hi, I have to replace a faulty Universal NSU on a customer site, power supply is dead. I have never had to do this before and I do not think that there is a copy of the NSU database. Do I have to reprogram the NSU after it loads from the Controller. What is the best procedure to use.

    Webswitch 2000 (EEBG)

    Two things you should check; 1. Is the config file for the ip phone set for the right system (webswitch). 2. Is the phone actually downloading this config file. You can check this by logging into the phone and entering d x 053f0000,4600.
