    Hi Matthew Thanks for the reply. Is it necessary to open the csv file? Is there any way around without opening the CSV file. I am presently using the [INDIRECT] command to get this done but the csv file has to be opened to get the actual value. thanks Menon

    Hi All I need to import csv file on a specific folder to a excel worksheet. This process has to be auto (i.e If the csv file is changed and the excel is opened the latest data of the csv file should be seen on the excel work sheet) Looking forward for the help. thanks Menon
