    Exceed 8.x - passive works, query doesn't - why??

    Using Hummingbird Exceed 8.0 - in a WAN environment; users in one building cannot use 'Query' mode (ie. active X), but if they create xstart shortcuts in 'passive' mode they can use the application. Is this router/switch related? (ex. full vs. 1/2 duplex?). Users not fully function = unhappy users.
