Oracle Enterprise 8.1.6 - dbms_application_info
I too have the same problem....I get the same error message when starting sqlplus....does anybody have a solution? I have run catproc, however I come up with errors during the process...I would rather not uninstall and reinstall and recreate my dbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks.- OracleNewbie
