When an AES server supporting OCS has links to multiple CM/S8500, how does the AES application determine which link/CM to associate an OCS MOC user when they register with AES?
I'm getting the following error when attempting to load the AES 5.2 template on a S8800 "The template requested more interfaces than are physically available". I had not problems with the system platform installation. Any suggestions anyone?
I'm trying to upgrade a pair of S8720's from 3.1.4 to the latest 5.2. First attempt I got a GUI error when booting from the 5.2 partition. Was told to go to 5.1 first. Was able to do that on the standby with no problems. When doing the upgrade from 5.1 to 5.2 I get the following failure...
I have two clans that are bouncing every 4 hours. The Servers are dual 8720's running CM3.1. When I check the IP Events I see the following:

Thanks for the tip. I found a misspelling in my trusted server. All is working now. Even better, the IA770 is delivering the voicemail as a "wav" file not a "lvp" file.
I’m having a problem accessing an IA770 Intuity with Outlook as a pop3 client. The IA770 is on a S8400/G650 running the latest version of CM5. CM5 now supports Internet Messaging on the IA770. My client has other sites using Intuity and/or LX which I have been able to access with no problems...
Yes, this is how it works. The call is placed on hold while the IPO tries to connect. MOH will give the caller music when the call is transfered. I've gotten the same complaint from our customers.
Does anyone know what protocols or UDP ports are used by an Intuity when it logs into a remote machine to download user information? I'm trying to set up digital networking between two sites and have an ACCX error on both machines.
I'm running 3.59 with CCC V5. My main huntgroup has a "Night Service Fallback Group". This night service group is used for forwarding calls to an offsite location. It contains members (users without hardware) with call forward activated. I would like to see how many calls are being...
The SMDR data is stored to a file using the Delta Server application. The eCAS application will prompt you for the IP Office profile in the Switch setup wizard. You will have two choices, a local file or a remote file (this is based on where you install the Delta Server application, on the...
I have noticed this at a couple of sites I've installed. It's not doing it as much on the .44 load. I know of no way to send this information to AVAYA direct. I took the issue to my distributor, Catalyst, and they work with AVAYA. Once the issue has been given to the AVAYA ATAC, I normally...
I assume you are using IP trunking to connect the units. Have you looked at the document "043. Connecting an IP600 and IP Office via H.323. IP Trunk"?. It has helped me in the past.
