    Yes that works thanks for your help It wont boot it just hangs so I am going to do a fresh install when I have a media kit I dont suppose anyone knows were I can get one cheap as I am running it through serial at the moment and its a pain

    Just started training on hpux rebooted hpux and it asks to login to service processor login : is there a default login and password or should it be root But it won't let me login as root
