    Default printer not being remembered

    I'm having an issue where I can set the default printer in citrix but when I exit the citrix client and go back into it, it has a different printer set as default. No matter how many times I set the printer, another is always the default. Any ideas?

    Try backing up the contacts, deleting the address book and recreating it. I've had that problem before but I can't remember the exact fix. :(

    I'm trying to pull files from NDS to win2k using the file migration tool. However, to maintain permissions it's asking me for a migration txt document. How do I create this as it did not seem to be created when I migrated over the users.
