Yes, you can adjust the router for port redirection. On a Cisco router, you will need the ffg. statements:
ip nat inside source static tcp 192.15.7.9 80 216.137.x.x 80 extendable
ip nat inside source static udp 192.15.7.10 53 216.137.x.x 53 extendable
Web traffic will go to x.9...

please issue a 'show crypto isakmp sa' and 'show crypto ipsec sa'. Maybe the tunnel wasn't established yet.
Also, from one pix, can you ping the IP address of the internal server of the remote network and vice-versa?
