I'm trying to convert a legacy PBX to an IP phone system. This company has an overhead loud ringer and paging system which I need to convert.
I'm thinking to use E&M port to setup the paging system. Does anybody know how to setup loud ringer for the IP world?

Your servers seems to have enough CPU/Memory. Next question would be how many total users do you have ? this includes users using IP communicator and users using IP phones (if any).
with your systems configuration, it should support at least 500 phones/IP communicators.

I'm useing Asterisk 1.0.8 and CallManager 4.0.2(a) H.323 works fine but I'm having problem setting up SIP trunk.
I'm getting the error from the Asterisk
SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request - 'Malformed/Missing URL'

Thanks for your reply. I'm having problems pushing URL/messages to the phones. when I push a URL to the phone. I get the error message '<CiscoIPPhoneError Number="0">' and nothing happens on the phone.
