    Ver 6.0 CICS oddities

    I am having a similiar problem with CICS 6.0 whenever I try to record any AA greetings A-D I get a message saying "try later". Any ideas? Also System Answer is set to answer calls after three rings. When a caller calls in and gets the system greeting it then plays music on hold...
