Reformating and reinstalling windows XP
I hope I can help, I don't run xp but have formated on it before. You are going to need a copy of win 98,from what I hear it works best. You have to over install 98 over xp. I am working with an older comp, a compaq presario 5000 with 700MHz Intel Celeron processor,128mb memory, 15gb hd,cd rom, cd-rw 4x4x32, floppy and superdisk drive.
