Yes these thing I'd already taken care off.
But problem was something else.
It was sequence of jar files in classpath, this sequence has to be according to supposed stack including application classes.

I've deployed an Entity ejb in jar file EmployeeJAR.jar in weblogic 7.
EJB Name : EmployeeEJB
JNDI Name : EmployeeEJB
LocalJNDI name : LocalEmployeeEJB
There is DefaultWebApp web application deployed(in exploded form).
I've jsp in defaultwebApp, which accesses this EJB.
