    iconnect here doesnot work

    i have taken I connect connection for making Pc to Phone calls but after entering the number the dial dose not materilse in both win 98 and win 2000. untill recently it was working alright . Can any body explain ?

    isdn :data transfer does not take place from web sites

    I use isdn modem. But generally I get connected to internet but data transfer does not take place from the web sites. some times it behaves normally. is it by any chance connected to EARTHING PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH MDEM, COMPUTER OR ANY OTHER ?
