    BE 9.0 started generating 'in use - skipping files' exceptions WHY?

    Greetings... All of sudden with no configuration changes taking place ... BE 9.0 is skipping SQL files, Program Files, TMP files all because they are in use ... We have the SQL Agent installed - and it worked just fine up until about 3 weeks ago ... What gives? Below a snippet of the error...
