Where/how do I implement HTTP/1.1 protocol on IIS? I am running NT/IIS 4.0 with \Service Pack 3. The server comtinues to respond in HTTP/1.0 protocol -- no matter what I try.<br>

It is installed when you install the "option pack" CD of NT/IIS 4.0. As I recall, you can download the option pack for free or purchase it on a CD. This installs asp capabilities on IIS. I'm going by memory here -- my servers are back at work -- I'll try to remember to confirm this tomorrow.
