I could call forward the analog extension to the SuperSet 4025. But the user doesn't want that. They are asking for the equivalent of a key appearance on the 4025. They don't expect to dial out on the "analog key". I can't find any way to do this with the analog number. Is there a workaround?
I never got a chance to check the Resouce command.

OK. LoopyLou, I went to the phone, unplugged it and had a colleague call the #. The problem stayed. We traveled to the cabinet and moved to a different PLID. Now we can dial in again. Thanks.

When I call this analog extension, I get one-half of a ring; followed by one-half a second of static; then it hangs up.
The users are able to dial out with no difficulty.
I have replaced the telephone with a new one, but the issue remains.

Yeah, the user should never have had the password and was not authorized to use it. Someone pressured her into doing them a favor instead of following protocol. After this, I am sure management will agree with us about who can have which passwords.
