    I am trying to install UUNET's PAL 4.0 Dialer on Win ME. However, the setup program terminates the installation because it states that Dial-Up networking is not installed. Of course, it is, but the only thing I can figure is that the problem is that Dial-Up Networking has been moved in Win ME...
