I have been running SP4 for about a month with no problems. It fixes a problem if you are using a mail virus scanner that uses AVAPI type scanning and you want to move mailboxes between Exchange servers. This really helps if you are migrating to a new server.

This is possible. Associate an NT account with the Global mailbox in the Exchange Administrator. In this case, the user that wants to use this mailbox would be easiest because then the user has admin permissions on the account. You can also associate the mailbox with it's own NT user account...
