Check the ink cartridges - if the piano key stickers are damaged you get errors. You could also try cleaning the print heads, sometimes it's just clogged jets.- BridgetW

XP password reset deletes remote servers list. MS fix didn't work.
Has anyone found a fix for this annoyance? When a user running Win XP Pro changes their network password the Registered Remote Server list in Enterprise manager gets deleted. The user has to re-register to connect to the remote servers. The workstations are running all the latest service packs...- BridgetW
