I finally figured out what it was. Before I posted this, I had selected the frames and was pasting them, but the same thing was happening. I was going to edit -> "Paste in Place" in stead of clicking on the timeline and paste frames. Thanks!

I had actually already taken the pictues into photoshop and exported them as web safe gif's...and it was still happening I finally solved the problem. In the library, I right clicked on the item, when to properties and changed it from lossless png/gif to photo jpg.

You probably got a 404 error when you went to the congrats page cause instead of having duplicates of the file I was just moving it around... tviman - thanks for jogging my memory of something I missed. I put the full path in for the redirect page but NOT for the cgi-bin dir. That fixed it!
