Specials Module right Column removal
Does anyone know how to center the body onto the page and get rid of the right column in Miva Merchant. I added a specials module and even though I have the right column checkbox unchecked, the column still shows up. Help?- veronicavbwr1

Miva Merchant order processing page
Does anyone know if there's a way to get Miva Merchant 4.20 or if there's a script that will allow you to condense three pages (order processing) into one? I want the billing address, credit card and shipping layouts to be on one page? Veronica- veronicavbwr1
