    Norton AntiVirus 9 Corporate: Not all clients show system tray icon

    The icon will not show on the system tray if Symantec Antivirus does not have the lastest and greatest definition files. Once it does it's update and reboots, the icon should display on the system tray.

    2/3/05 rev 8 is the lastest and greatest def file. Symantec usually updates once a week, on Wednesdays, but will update more often if high security responses are released. Usually they will update before Wednesday if there is a level 3 or higher security response released.
