Merlin II - avoid 2 people answering @ same time
We acquired a Merlin II rel 3 system with BIS-34D phones. If "Cindy" answers a call, "Dave" can answer it a split second after her not knowing "Cindy" has already picked up and talk over her saying "hello". Disaster! On the old system if "Dave" answered the phone and "Cindy" had already...- jfcafe

Is this system what I need?
We are looking at retiring our Merlin 410 system. Will the system below handle up to 8 lines in? Will the system below handle up to 16 phones?
