    I have had no problems installing it on XP professional but i think you might have few if you do it on Home edition. The same goes for any other programms you are trying to install on Home Edition.

    Initial Load/Incremental Load

    Incremental Load means only loading those rows which have been updated or inserted after the previous load. I am not sure about the Intial Load, but what i infer is that it is the first load after the mapping has been done.
