qmann I didnt find any process running named dllhost.exe, but i found svchost.exe process running in 8 instances in the process tab. I also found svchost.exe and dllhost.exe files in system32 folder. What should I do.

They are on a lan with a 16 port switcher. I am running my network on ISA Server. But nothing wrong with network connections, its the dialup connection on server which stops receiving bytes from my isp and then disconnect after every 3 to 5 minutes.
