I did renamed the extra WSOCK32.DLL restarted the machine but still not able to go out to the net I stiil do ping the gateway but nothing beyond that point Can I replace the wsock32.dll file presentlybin my system with one from my other 98 machine ...HOW ?? I am reinstalling ME one more time...

I reinstalled ME OS on my laptop everything seems to be OK now, exept I'm not able to go out to the internet via my cable modem. I am able to ping up to my Gateway. Do I need to download this Winsock DLL ? Where can I get it? Can anyone Help with this issue ?? Thanks .. GB
