    yeah don't ever fill in the Business Name. I learned that the hard way.

    Sounds like Sprint is not sending digits over the PRI. Setup a meeting to have a tech come out with a TBird and test. That way you are there and can see for yourself.

    Yes I can even see the Call Pilot grab a line and then it gives the message.

    I have set up a CCR tree on a Call Pilot 150 and one of the routes is to transfer outbound. I have tried to set it to use Pool 1 (pool A). I keep getting a message that says "The routing info configured for this call is invalid. I have also just tried to use a line and get the same message.
