Isn't the Connection manager needed software ? I only want to remove it if there's no harm in doing it . I'm so tired of this problem i've tried repairing IE and uninstalled and reinstalled the sbc/yahoo software but so far no luck.

bleh , it only lasted a few days .now i'm back at square one again ...

well, I have sbc yahoo dsl and this happened to me the first time I installed it and I kept changing the encoding to western european windows for a few days and it went away by itself . I had to re-install my dsl software again and it's happening again so I guess i'm going to have to be...
