I deleted the dvd from the mangler and rebooted. The dvd reappeared on the mangler, but still did not work. Does this mean it is dead?- toshibadvd

I don't know what a drive mangler is, but I ran compaq diagnostics and it recommends I verify that media is present in the drive.- toshibadvd

E:\ is not accessible
I have having trouble with my Toshiba DVD-Rom SD-C2402. When I try to read a cd I get "E:\ is not accessible. The device is not ready." Does anyone have any advice? I am using Windows 98 second edition. Thanks.- toshibadvd
