I don't have a C compiler on this box, is there anywhere I can find the binaries for AIX 5.2? Thanks for the help, JD

Allow non-root user to kill process

We are running AIX 5.2 and a in-house developed application. I would live to give non-root users the ability to kill other non-root users' processes. This would be to allow our help desk to kill application processes that are "file-locking" other users. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, JD

    Computer Un-locking itself?

Running Windows XP Pro on a Compaq EVO N 1020V Laptop. I cntl-alt-delete and choose "Lock Computer". It appears to be locked. I come back in a few hours and it is unlocked. No one has access to the PC or a password of any kind. Any ideas as to what could cause the PC to un-lock...
