    open Oracle 9i Form module with Forms 6i

    No it is not possible within the ORACLE tools. As near as I could figure out, and it was over a year ago, 9i changes the triggers to java and compiles them while in 6i they are still parsed. The PL/SQL engines are just different. You can bring a 6i form forward to 9i but the reverse is not true...
