Sorry for the delay in getting back. The problem lies in both methods of accessing the job status. The only way i can access the job is to logon to another server running arcserve and access the problem one that way. PS: we are fairly new to arcserve and already we don't like it much.

Does anyone have any ideas on why Arcserve 2000 running on Windows 2000 closes every time I click on "Job Status"? I have deleted the .QSD directory inside Arcserve and recreated the backup job but it still does the same thing. I would prefer not to re-install Arcserve if possible...
