I have a database of which there are many forms which i would like to fit to the size of my monitor. I have tried putting the docmd.maximise control on the open form property but everytime i close a form it shrinks down to its original size. Any help on this would be grateful.
I have a query assigned to a subform which is not displaying all records. I know that i have two records created that match the right criteria to be displayed and yet it only displays one of those records. I have checked the information thoroughly and cannot see what the problem is. Any help...
I am running an update query and i keep getting an error message saying 'the table TBLE_compositions_copy is already opened exclusively by another user, or it is already open through the user interface and cannot be manipulated programmatically.' I am the only person with the database so no-one...
Yes. I am absolutely positive. As i said it has only just started happening. Well, in the code it happens just after the query has been run and i refresh the form with the information that is being updated.
Every time i run an update query i keep getting an error saying 'write conflict' and asks me to copy the information to the clipboard. I am the only user of the database and this has only started happening recently as it was working perfectly before.
I am trying to compact and repair my Access 2000 database but every time i run it from the tools menu it keeps coming back saying Table 'TempMSysAccessObjects' already exists! but this table does not exist. Any help would be great.
Whenever i run a particular update query, it comes back with a message saying write conflict and asks me if i want to copy it to the clipboard, save changes or drop changes. I then once i have copied it to the clipboard have to run the query again for it to work. Anyone got any solutions?
I have a form which contains a list box with a figure but I would like it to be selected when the form opens so it gets the focus and the first line in the list is selected. Any help.

Does anyone know how to round up a number to the nearest whole number eg. if 2.1 it will round up to 3, it cannot round down which is what is happening to me.
