    Unity Port Lic.

    I am trying to instal a lic. file for unity 4, too add more voice ports. I go though all the steps but I still only have 2 ports??? I reboot the machine but no change. I am not sure what to do next??? can anyone help?!?!?!

    The server is in the US. I understand about using the1XXX for local and domestic long distance. The thing is that I am setting up and international client and they will dial to everywhere. Dialing to the US is no problem but I wanted to set up only one route pattern to dial everywhere...

    I am trying to set up a route pattern that one can dial 7-15 digits. I have set it up using the @ and ! wildcards but the call take 13 sec of dead are before it dials????     ATA to register om Call Manager 3.1

    I have an ATA 186 with ver 2.12.1 build 030709a. I can not get it to register to my 3.1 CM ???? I followed the instruction but nothing. Is there a trick to this. Please help????

    Uone or Unity

    I'm trying to set up voice mail ports using Call Manager 3.1 , but I guess it is missing Cisco Uone or Unity.I'm getting involved in the middle of this project so I am not sure which way to go. Which one of the 2 should I use and how can I get a copy???? Can someone please help?
