One suggestion I would make, that I have implemented for my users, is to create a 'Silent' ringtone that contains no audio data. This allows the user to selectively turn on and off ringing on individual lines without the need to change the setting at an administrative level.

Download the IP Phone Services SDK from CCO. There's an ASP application included among the sample services to display a logo. Don't install it on your Call Manager server, you'll need another system with IIS.
