Easy,
Change your rule from:
=VALID(RUN("Test2",ECHOIN(1,In1)+" -OF1 Output.txt"),FAIL(LASTERRORCODE()))
to
=VALID(RUN("Test2",ECHOIN(1,In1)+" -OASINK1K'Output.txt'"),FAIL(LASTERRORCODE()))
...sending the output to SINK, but forcing a creation of a backup, to contain the actual data, even...

I'm assuming that you have the workspace setting currently set to MEMORY. I recommend you change this to FILE/UNIQUE.

Assuming the software arrives as a TARred file, you would first need to untar it:
tar -xvf wsdtxl_8204_aix_64.tar
One of the extracted files is DTXINST, which is the installation script, to be called like this:
./DTXINST
Follow the prompts and you can't go wrong.
Post installation...
Re-write your GET:
=GET("BAT","script.bat "+TEXT(In_Number))
The script will be called with the contents of In_Number as the first argument, and the script can use %1 to pick up this argument.
The rule cell will be populated with any output from the script.

I have an example that if provided with a list of NL seperated objects will print a list of only those objects that appear more than once, and the number of times that they appear.

If you're trying to get the result of the batchfile, you should be using a GET, not a PUT.
Even if you do not want the result a GET is better thsan a PUT if there are no options to pass:
(note, you do not need the -CMD part at all if the command is a batch file without parameters)...
