Thanks for the response. Yes, its switched on in site settings, the clients I have checked also have the agent installed. Curiously, I ran the report that lists clients who have the metered product installed, which for notepad was just about all my clients (in excess of 700). I used parameters...- miggin

I have SMS 2003 installed on the same box as the SQL server. I have created several Metering rules, none of which are returning data, one rule is 30 days old and is looking at Notepad which is used often. I have checked the tables in the SQL database and the rules are there but no data. Any...- miggin
