    Is there a way of using the old properties function (ddmodify) that was used in R14 and all previous versions, in autocad2000i. I really can't get on with the new properties function, every time I select an entity autocad swaps the layer?

    I'm having trouble attaching Materials to Autocad objects, when I try to attach the material 'bricks' to an Autocad 'wall' I can't change the mapping, so that the brinks look correct. All I get is an ERROR message saying: No faces in the selection set! Can Anyone Help?
