Found Fix... VT220 is the correct session for both meridian mail and Meridian 1 pbx switch, although the freeware version of Hyperterminal doesn't offer VT220 so I had to download Hyperterminal Private Edition. Thank you all.- hcaakregional

Using Hyperterminal until I receive Procomm Plus Settings: 8/N/1 with VT100 2400 Baud (also set at 2400 baud on mail hardware settings) Problem: When view/edit an extention mailbox the page is larger than the normal window size of the session and so I have to move downward by either TAB or DOWN...- hcaakregional
