    cannot get firmware installed router

    I'm trying to update the firmware for my d link router i've downloaded the .bin file to my desktop , here's the problem when i go to to configuration page for the router (192.168.10.1) all i get is little white boxes with little red x's where pictures should be. no options , Any idea's
