Has anyone been successful in running Crystal 8.0 on the new Microsoft VISTA?
So far, we have been unsuccessful.
When our software executes the OCX connection, the program "freezes" or sometimes shows a "Caption" box. The Crystl32.ocx did register sucessfully.

I am trying to create a .DBF file that will contain a "Code" and a "Description" field. How do I present this information in the report so that it will create the proper Headings for the fields and data in the proper place?
Report has two subreports. They are not set-up as demand. Problem:
When the report is executed and appears in the viewer, the subreport info has not been created. It is not created until you advance to the page that contains the subreport, then there is a long pause, and finally the page...
Array has 200 elements and each element is 30 characters. Array is accumulated in Detail. Printing is in Group Footer and Report Footer. There may be one array element used or 200 used. Printing is via a formula where all the elements defined as shown below:

Everytime I add/change fields to my database, I must go into each report that uses that file and run Verify Database. Is there an easier way to do this? Is there a third party product that would handle this job?

I am accumulating data in an array at Detail. I want to print it out at Report Footer. I would like to sort the array before printing. Is this poosible and if so, how do I do it.

Does the Crystal Viewer and/or OCX return a value notifying the program that the user has closed the Crystal Viewer?
