    NIC card headaches..Why?

    I used to have Win2k OS and im using Netgear FA311 NIC and Netgear RP64 Router. Like most of u have already mentioned... i too had the same problem & same message error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and the sudden reboot...exactly the same problem...but i actually found a way to fix...
