Volume required = "Unknown"
Restoring the last good media DB using "mmrecov" solved our "Unknown" volume problem. I was worrying about the client indexes when in fact it was the media database that was the problem. Like I said, I'm no expert - I didn't even know they were two separate things! Thanks...- handle88
