Well Done, what I found was that under recipients, recipient update service, the old server was selected as soon as I changed to the new server bingo the email accounts auto generated (with the old server off)agin Well done and thankyou.- thrift

We recently moved mail server's (due to hardware configuration issues) and every since then when we create new active directory accounts (with the old server turned off) the email address doesnt auto create, so I turned the old server back on and the email address appears.
