Finally, the problem was fixed.
Cause: One main Xserver configuration file:
/etc/dt/config/Xconfig was missing. Hence, the Xserver process dtgreet couldn't be started, instead, another the Xserver hung with process: ksh /usr/dt/configXsetup.
Solution: #cp /usr/dt/config/Xconfig /etc/dt/config/

#/usr/samples/kernel/vmtune -p 5 -P 20 -h 1
to reduce the file system buffer. By default, AIX uses -p 20 -P80.
(You may need some different values for your system.)
