    Check Disk Utility on Win-XP pro don't start

    Hi! I run Win-Xp Pro SP1 full update. I try to check my C: partition with Check Disk Utility. As windows can’t get full access to C it should be start after boot. I restart the computer and the Chkdsk process didn’t start. Any idea?
