Hi The MSL5030 i libary. I do not dismount the magazines. I open the magazine doors and change the tapes. At the moment it's only one tape. It's in a testing phase. Problems when changing tapes
Hello I having some problems when i change tapes. I have arcserve version 9 and a hp msl5030 tape device. When i change a tape in the tapedevice arcserve doesn't find the new tape. I must restart the tape engine to get arcserve to discover the new tape. Any solutions what this can be??? Best...- ky01lepe

Hello I have some problems with arcserve and a NT4server. I have two more NT4Servers and they dont have the problem. I get this error message everyday. AW004 failed to open file <c:\winnt\jet2.tmp>.
