    4506 and CiscoView 3.0

    Sorry, my mistake. It's Cisco Network Assistant 3.0, it shows as having the 4506 (and all modulules) built in. I must be missing something as all the 2900 & 3500's are showing up.

    Just installed and configured a new 4506, but when I try to add it in Ciscoview it comes up with "Unsupported device". HTTP server is enabled and port set per docs, ping is good from Ciscoview console station. Any ideas?

    1 user can't recieve

    We keep getting the 5.1.1 error message when sending to only one user. I've validated his mailbox, account, SMTP addresses both internaly and using www.network-tools.com He's set up identical to everyone else. Anything else to check? Maybe in his Outlook 2002 on his workstation?
