Goldmine 5.7 crashes Word 2000 on starting link install
Thanks. I'll try your suggested update. It was definitely in install mode and everything went smoothly. Aren't the registry entries necessary only for a particular configuration? You're suggesting to drop the GMLink.dot file into the office startup or the Word startup? There's a test user...- AngryBusDriver

Goldmine 5.7 crashes Word 2000 on starting link install
Citrix on an NT4 box with Goldmine 5.7 and office 2000. Using the latest link from Frontrange. Recently upgraded from GM 5.5 and Office 97. I've successfully installed the link as admin. Works fine. As a user, when I open the link in Word 2000, it reaches 22%, blue screen dumps and restarts...- AngryBusDriver
